Found that it causes...
Found that it causes my leg to be itchy. And it's very tight if you have larger legs. But overall, I still like and use it.

A: Not with the Beretta Nano but the similar sized Kahr CW9 Brent. It works pretty good and features an adjustable thumb strap for additional retention.

A: I think the Nano would fit ok as it says for Small med and large pistols The Apache's wide, elasticized leg band largely eliminates the unwanted rocking motion commonly associated with ankle holsters. The Apache is made for small, medium and large frame semi-autos and small frame revolvers. All semi-auto models feature an adjustable Velcro thumb break with snap. Revolver and .32cal holsters feature an adjustable thumb strap (without snap, Velcro closure). Designs may vary. A: Phillip, yes Sir. This holster will fit up to a "Medium Frame Auto" so the Spectrum 380 with laser will be a good fit.

A: Phillip - Don't know about your experience with ankle holsters, but I've found they are pretty 'forgiving' as far as accepting different size pistols,. You should be fine with this one, a sort of one-size-fits-all, with your laser equipped Spectrum. IT should ride there fairly well.
