A: Steven, no, this does include the battery but since this has a shake awake feature the battery won't be installed. If it came installed from the factory by the time it made it to you the battery would likely be dead. Hope this helps.

As for Josh's statement "the battery would be dead" 😂🤣😂😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 Holosun claims this has 50,000 hours of battery life (it'll be less then that if you use the circle dot reticle l. And depending on the brightness setting you select) but let's direct how long 50k hours is. 50,000 hours = 2,083 days= 5.7 years. So its not likely the battery would be dead by the time it got to you
