Great carry option....
Great carry option. Small enough that it barely prints through my clothing, despite the fact that it's a revolver. No external hammer to snag if you need to quickly access it. The crimson trace option enables you to quickly establish a target. Some people may think that a revolver that only holds 5 rounds is too limited, but keep in mind that this is to help you get out of a dangerous situation, not go into a prolonged combat situation.

Q: This can shoot .38 and 38+. Is .38+ too much recoil with this revolver?

A: Hi Randy and welcome. You can shoot .38 +P but, in this short a barrel you will not see a big improvement in velocity. +P loads need at least 4 inches of barrel to burn all the powder. You will not get the stated box velocity difference between standard and +P ammunition. You are only going to get higher recoil and muzzle blast and degraded time in follow up shot speed. A: Hi Randy, this is Rated for Continuous +P Use. However, +P ammo requires a four-inch minimum barrel to burn the extra powder. Therefore, in a two-inch barrel the extra powder is burned after the bullet leaves the barrel creating more recoil and making it harder to come back to target. Stay safe & have a great day!
