A: Ethan - This is the polymer tipped bullet developed by Hornady to deliver the maximum shock to the target. With a Muzzle Velocity of 2200 fps, and rated energy of 1343 ft/lbs, it delivers almost twice the shock power of a 55 grain 223 bullet, three times the shock of a .45 acp 230 gr bullet from a 45 pistol, and compares with a 120 gr 7.62X39 bullet from an AK 47. Great choice for hunting, for sure. A 'super shock tipped' projectile, for sure.
