I have to say, I had...
I have to say, I had some SERIOUS reservations about buying this belt. There is no doubt that DeSantis makes superb gear, which I have been using for 25 or so years, I just couldn't imagine that a belt that was tick and strong enough for concealed carry could be had at such a low price point. I am happy to say--I was wrong. Yes, there are better belts out there in terms of fit and finish. These belts aren't the most fancy or beautifully made like some others, but they are THICK and they are well constructed, and to get that kind of robustness in a belt for about 20 bucks is simply unheard of. For any of you who are on a budget, or just want a low-cost backup belt, this is THE choice. I have belts from half a dozen manufacturers, ranging in price from 20-200 dollars, and I will put this one up against any belt in my collection for sheer durability. So while I'm giving this 5 stars, remember that is relative. I'm considering it against other belts in a similar price point. This was definitely a surprise, so give it a shot if you need a belt.
