A: Reggie, only if you want the Sights to co-witness Sir. I prefer the lower 1/3rd co-witness for a more open sight view (faster target acquisition).

A: Not if you are just going to use the optics If you are just using it at the range I would not bother just carry spare batteries. for a defense gun I would want the taller sights for a co-witness

A: Reggie, You do not need high suppressor ready sights. Get the firearm. Get an optic of your choice. Figure it out from there. If you like the set up fine. If you think you want high sights after using optic for a while get them. Do not need them.

A: The safariland als optic ready holster should work if you can make it wide enough. Largest one I'm aware of is for Glock 17. That might be a little thin for the P320.

A: Over double the capacity, better ergonomics, longer sight radius are all great. But this model is about 1.25" longer, 1.25" taller, and 0.3" wider overall which would be the main downside. I don't know what kind of build you are or your holster/carry setup but for me personally I find that I notice smaller form factor guns much less when carrying them and worry less about printing which generally makes me carry more often than I would otherwise. Though, if you're comfortable carrying/concealing a larger size I say go for it - should be a big upgrade in every other department. For what it's worth, I've been carrying around a P365 with the 12-round magazine for months now in either a pocket or IWB holster and I think it is the perfect fit for me, going to try getting one of the new 15-round mags for it to carry as a spare.
