For years i had seen...
For years i had seen various shooting vids about the Heritage series of revolvers and had dismissed it as just another cheap gun.One day Buds offered me a deal i couldnt refuse on a barkeep model and intrigued by its real old west appearance i decided to give it a try.Im glad i did. these guns are a real sleeper and a super value for the buck.While not quite on par with the Ruger its darn close and for half the price I`ll take it.Not only that but Heritage has it seems an almost inexhaustible variety of options and models that will turn you into a collector even if you don't want to be.You will be glad you bought one.

Very cool and fun...
Very cool and fun little revolver! Really easy to shoot and control with one hand. The 3 inch barrel is well balanced in my hand. I converted it to the bird's head grip and it's even easier to shoot and control because of the wider handle. I really love this little SA revolver! I think that it's perfect for new shooters.

A: Susan, this is chambered for .22lr, so anything that says .22lr. (lr is long rifle) Being a revolver, this will also shoot 22 shorts and 22 longs. The 22 short, 22 long, and 22 long rifle all have the same rim, base, and neck diameter on the case. The difference between the bullets is mainly in the weight (grain) with the 22 long rifle being heavier and longer compared to the 22 short and 22 long. This means that you can fire a 22 short or long in a 22lr revolver. Any of these .22lr's will work, no matter which grain you choose.
