Ill start of by saying...
Ill start of by saying that the quality of the rifle itself is exactly what you would expect from a SA M1A, the reason for the 2 star review has everything to do with the stock. I purchased this model without doing the proper research. The stock that comes on this rifle is quite frankly garbage. there are molding lines all over the stock and feels like cheap plastic. I would not buy this model again and most likely will end up replacing the stock. i purchased this model with the intentions of mounting a scope and using this as a shorter range psr. i figured i wouldnt have to buy a better stock and save myself the money. but i was mistaken.

The rifle shipped in 3...
The rifle shipped in 3 business days as advertised. It arrived in great condition with everything I was expecting. Springfield makes a beautiful M1A. I've not had the opportunity to put it to use yet, but it has reawakened using iron sights for me! I am looking forward to putting her through her paces very soon. I will update after.

A: Hi Robert and welcome. i would seek accurate information directly from Springfield Armory Customer Service at 800-680-6866 9 to 3pm CST or by online inquiry here : https://support.springfield-armory.com/contact-us. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Hi Robert, for accurate answer, you would need to give the Loaded model number you want the comparison on. On the SA website, there is a Loaded Precision model. If you are talking about this one (looks the same) budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/51426/springfield+armory+mp9820c65+m1a+loaded+semi-automatic+6.5+crd+22+10+1+p , the difference is the caliber, 6.5 Creedmoor. Stay safe & have a great day!
