The "Dude" is really...

The "Dude" is really just a NAA Pug with case hardening and rosewoods grips and chambered in 22 WMR. But it was "limited edition" so I figured it was unique enough I had to get one! I have to say that everyone that sees it and shoots it is amazed at its small size yet how well it will shoot the little 22 WMR rounds. It is a bit slow to reload, and sometimes the cylinder rod can be finicky to put back in after reloading. To safely carry it with it loaded so that the hammer is not resting on a live round there is a really ingenious design where there is a notch half way between each or the 5 rounds that the hammer can safely rest on. Though this does require some finessing of the hammer, cylinder, and trigger simultaneously while loaded to get it into position. Definitely practice with it unloaded until you learn how to safely manage this function!! The trigger is simple yet effective and fairly smooth for its size, the sights are a v notch in rear and bead in front which is accurate enough for me to hit normal pistol targets at close pistol ranges. The rosewood grips really make this stand out as a classy looking firearm. NAA also provided a nice metal lock box for it as well as a brown leather holster. Unfortunately the case hardening finish on mine does not show as much detail as the one in the Talo advertisement. (the main reason it appealed to me) Even in the sun it is difficult to see the case hardening detail so that was a bit disappointing. But even if it was just blued with rosewood grips the 2 tone with stainless looks great. The "Dude" really is fun to shoot and would recommend to anyone that likes small pistols and things that are unique. And It's possibly the smallest concealable pistol you can buy.

This is a great little...

This is a great little gun and if you practice with it you can get very accurate results with it, I also have the Stainless version and at 15 feet I can consistently get 2inch or better 5 shot groups, but if you pull the least little bit you could get a flyer clear off the target. I enjoy shooting this type of revolver a lot and carry one on a neck holster, this one comes with a very Nice Desantis cross draw leather holster but it is made for narrow belts a thin 1.5 inch or smaller would best fit the loop. These are a little slow on the reload but that is to be expected on a remove the cylinder gun like this, but you get 5 shots with it and 22 WMR is a powerful and available round. She is a great little shooter!

A extremely concealable weapon, definitely a gut gun, fits in pocket like a set keys, as long as you don't need a more than five rounds your good, but reloading is a slow.
