Q: Same bullet as pictured? Red sealant plus lacquer case?

A: Anthony, all my Brown Bear 7.62x39 Russian 124 Grain Soft Point have the red sealant on the case neck and primer but they were purchased more than 5yrs ago. The newer stuff I have seen does not.
