The Forward Controls Design LLC RBF Reinforced AR-15 buffer retainer is a strengthened replacement buffer retainer engineered to improve durability in the AR-15 receiver extension interface. It is machined from 17-4 stainless steel bar stock and heat treated to H900 hardness, with a reinforced tip diameter sized at 0.102 in for added material at the contact point.
