This is a very nice...
This is a very nice offering from Sig. The fit and finish is superb. The solid stainless frame and slide handles the 10mm cartridge extremely well and makes it a delight to shoot. I wish the trigger had less takeup, but the break is very nice. \r I do have a few minor, but noteworthy grievances with the pistol. First, though the grip is beautiful, even with the checkering, it's extremely smooth and slippery. I do believe I'll change this for extended range use. \r Second, on my first outing with this pistol, the top round of a full mag tended to nosedive and hang up. I believe this was mostly due to the mags being new and extremely tight. Plus, I was using Sig Elite 10mm which has a very broad, flat nose.. every subsequent shot ran flawlessly, however. \r Finally, the set-screw that holds the rear sight loosened on me after the first 50ish rounds. I tightened it with a small drop of loctite and it has since been a nonissue. \r I would definitely recommend this pistol.
