This is by far one of...
This is by far one of my favorite hunting rifles and one that I will never sell. This rifle really shines with the Barnes 400gr TSX loads and will even put the Barnes banded solids within 1/4" of the tsx's. recoil is stout, but not bad at all, the rifle handles like a dream. If you want to get into a big bore or want something with a little more oomph than a 375 h&h, you can do no better in a factory rifle. I trust my life to this rifle.

I have wanted one of these for many years. I had them on my watch lists on all the auction sites. I finally got enough together to get it. I searched all the sites and found Bud's to be the best way to go. I own Shootin Shack Guns in Elk Grove, CA so I can buy guns wholesale. None of my distributors had any so I went with Bud's. The rifle got here quickly and in excellent shape. I already had the ammo and all the necessary reloading components together in anticipation of getting the rifle. When I unboxed it I saw how good it looked and was very pleased with it from the start. I still don't have an appropriate scope yet, so I took it out and shot it with the express sights. It has some significant recoil! I was able to keep 4 of the first five shots in an 8 inch bullseye target at about 80 yards. The fifth shot was hanging low and left, and I am sure that was me anticipating the recoil on the first shot! It happens. I am very happy with the rifle and am very pleased that I finally got one. I have no plans for any big hunts , I just wanted one! Might take it out on the next pig hunt and hold out for a head shot and see what it will do!
