Love this gun. Got it...
Love this gun. Got it fast and pain free from Bud's Gun Shop, (my favorite gun dealer). Was packaged in factory box with Viper scope that is awesome. The gun shoots flawlessly and is an incredible experience to shoot. It is not like any other gun I have. It is loads of fun to shoot. You can feed it any .308 ammo and it will perform well. Currently shooting military grade spire point brass shells. I bought this gun just to make the "thousand yard milk jug challenge" I saw on the inter net. Have been able to replicate the shot more than once. So much fun. the scope is powerful and awesome, it has a life time warranty on it. The gun has the lifetime warranty also, I always purchase this warranty when I buy a gun, (thank you for offering it Bud's). The gun looks awesome and is just a blast to shoot and carry. Would hunt with it without hesitation. Bolt cycles well and is spiral. Fluted barrel can take shooting all afternoon without getting too hot. Nothing sounds like it that I have. I love the flash hider, it also relieves a lot of pressure . Usually shoot 80 to 120 rounds in an afternoon with it. The gun is so easy to take down for cleaning. The over size bolt is really helpful when chambering a round. Favorite ammo to shoot in it is 180 grain anything, 150 shoots well also. Best ammo through it so far has been 180 grain Sierra Match King. Spire point seems to be the least affected by wind deflection, however, I love this gun , cause I have hit targets at 1000 with 180 grn. hunting loads (lead point). Mossberg knows there stuff and continues to give us what we want. I highly recommend this gun combo. It functions well , and is awesome to own. Definitely continue to buy from Bud's Guns. Straight forward deals on guns is there trade mark, and customer service and support has been stellar. Thanks again Bud's for my American made gun. God bless America. 1000 yard shot is a little luck and a lot gun. Have fun. Luck counts, long as you are hitting the target.

A: Same deal here Irv, Silver Bear will fire, but this is a $1500 "Precision" rifle. You buy a race car you put race gas(High Test) in it, not "Low Test" so you will get the performance potential of the rifle.
