[All semi-auto short barreled rifles, semi-auto shotguns, and semi-auto AOW firearms are banned under New York's assault weapons ban. ... However, to the best of our knowledge, all SBR and SBS firearms are prohibited under New York's extensive and highly restrictive handgun laws.].
