Cant go wrong with...
Cant go wrong with these CZ75 variants. Never one hiccup of any type. I have a P-06, a P-07 and now this P-01. She has Warren tactical night sights and some G-10 grips now. These CZ's are my favorites of all my handguns.

I bought my CZ P01...
I bought my CZ P01 pistol Sunday night and monday afternoon my pistol shipped. Thursday afternoon I had it in my hands in Deep South Texas. It came with two 15rd magazines. I took it immediately to the range. I did not lube it. I shot 150 rounds with no issues. I hit everything i aimed at. The trigger was hurting/pinching my fat finger so I will be spending $38 to get the CZ 85 trigger from Cajuns.

My Best all around...
My Best all around double action pistol comes with a solid all metal corrosion free frame. Great 15 1 capacity. This gun shows its hard-working Eastern European roots and gets it done, no matter what it eats. For good reason It's now a NATO classified pistol and issued the NATO stock number NSN 1005-16-000-8619. You just can't go wrong with this tank of a handgun. It's a great product at a good price from Bud's.

Questions & Answers
Q: Which trigger system is best out of the box and which is cheapest to customize? Thanks and Please Reply.
Author: Dannie G.
(2) ANSWERS
A: Hi Dannie, my opinion is that the triggers are going to be nearly identical with the same upgrade characteristic level. I have only shot the Omega and the trigger was actually very good stock.

Q: This model has been out of stock for quite a while. Any hope of it being in stock eventually?
Author: William C.
(2) ANSWERS
A: William, you should keep it "Wish Listed" for notification but this particular pistol is out of stock and back ordered to death so it may be quite a while as it is almost impossible to say when. I would check in the "For Sale" sections at some CZ Forums and also (6)un Broker, (6)uns America and Armslist as hard to find firearms and accessories show up for sale by private individuals and small shops. Just replace (6) with G.

A: William - these are in very short supply everywhere. I am confident that Buds has this item on order. Due to manufacturers different ways of building and distributing their products, however, there is really no way of knowing for sure when it will be back in stock. Use the "Notify Me" button, displayed on all out-of-stock items, and Buds will notify you by email when the item is back in stock. I know from experience, this works pretty well. Since we are not Buds employees, but volunteers who answer questions here, we have no way of determining the status of any out-of-stock items.

Q: I have a CZp09 and now I am considering a CZP01 compact, but I cant find a range that has it as a range gun or a shop close to me where i can dry fire it. I am wanting to know how the trigger compares (da/sa pull and reset) comparte to two other guns i am considering to buy instead: ^^ SIG P229 basic model (not Legion) ^^ BERSA TPR9. I am not overly impressed with my CZp09 Omega Trigger that I have so I want to see how this P01 would compare to other guns that I am trying to decide
Author: Stacy B.
(5) ANSWERS
A: P01 is not that much better than P09 if you are looking at the standard model. The DA and SA is a tad bit lighter by not much huge margin. Sig P229 will have a better trigger out of the box. However, I recommend checking out Cajun kit for your P09. It can significantly improve your P09 trigger without having to buy a new gun. Check it ( https://cajungunworks.com/product/p-07-p-09-pro-grade-package/ ) I hope this helps

A: Your P-09 has the Omega trigger design, the standard P-01 has the standard CZ trigger. The P-01 Omega will have the same trigger feel as your P-09. The 229 has the smoothest double action pull of all of them, Bersa isn't bad either, but are extremely scarce to find.
Author: Christopher N.
A: P229 hands down then add the SRT trigger and never look back
Author: Randy I.
A: Stacy, is little to no difference between your CZP09 and the CZP01. If you are not wanting any custom trigger kits/work, I would highly recommend the Sig P229 first and the Bersa TPR9 second. Cheers and you and yours stay safe!
Author: James G.
A: I'm not really to impressed with sig triggers, you said you dont want an aftermarket trigger or an upgrade, you pypd always get the trigger polished to smooth it out. Either that or spend a bunch of money to buy a cz shadow.
