The Kel-Tec P17 is simple, affordable and reliable. If you’re in the market for a 17-round, compact .22LR pistol with more bells & whistles than a Christmas Day parade, then the P17 is definitely for you!
Don’t let the small size fool you. This little pistol is a tack driver. The excellent trigger, fiber optic front sight and adjustable rear sight help you extend the P17’s range. It’s a handy little .22LR that builds confidence and burns bull’s eyes. At less than 14-ounces fully loaded, and barely longer than a dollar bill, the P17 is concealable for pretty much anyone. Just don’t forget it’s there when you need it! The threaded barrel, Picatinny-style accessory rail, ambidextrous safety, ambidextrous magazine release and three (3) 16rd magazines come standard. That’s a ton of value added in such a small package.

This is a very fun gun. Bought it for the wife and she l9ves it. The gun is light weight, fights nicely in her hand and is easy to fire. She sent 200 rounds down range with no issue. Fellas go get this gun. You will enjoy shooting it too! Bullets are inexpensive, it shoots like a stapler, it also come with a nice case and three... 1.2.3. Magazines! Each one holds 16 rounds! Love it, buy it!

I absolutely love this...
I absolutely love this little 22 ,I bought six extra mags and proceeded to run all of them dry several times. Not a malfunction, not one! It will probably have one in the future but it's amazing! I have many many 22 pistols and many many firearms this little 22 really surprised me and to boot it was very easy to shoot and hit targets with it you may have another experience with one but mine was fabulous

These get mixed reviews online and I guess I'll add to that. Mine has been excellent. I run cci mini mags and it just eats them like a kid eating candy. Best budget 22 pistol out there in my opinion.

A: Christopher, yes but without the 16 round magazine. Colorado has a 15 round magazine capacity restriction, so anything over 15 rounds is prohibited. During checkout buds will have an option to remove the magazine but they won't replace it. So you would have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately. Without the 16 round magazine this is perfectly legal in Colorado. Hope this helps.

A: Josh is correct, they can ship this if they remove the magazines, but Kel-Tec does not make compliant magazines for this pistol. And buds won't ship the magazines to be pinned to 15rds. You'd need to find magazines that are pinned already to be able to use this gun, and that's going to be a tough thing to track down.

A: Hi Jimmy, The grip assembly, magazine, and slide cover are made of an impact-resistant glass-reinforced Nylon. The rear portion of the grip contains a steel frame which houses the firing mechanism, guides the slide, supports the magazine and ties the grip halves together. The pistol's serial number is engraved near this area, just above where the thumb would wrap around the rear of the grip. A: Jimmy, the serial numbers in a weird spot. It's at the top, back of the grip right where it curves before going into the slide. So if you grip the pistol it's where the top arch of your hand goes. Hope this helps.
