A: Hi Earl, this pistol has an Aluminum Trigger.

A: It has a lightweight Aluminum trigger shoe attached to a steel trigger bow. It will rattle a bit. The horizontal and vertical play cannot be adjusted out. Only take up can be adjusted and should not be adjusted to the point there is no wiggle.The hammer hooks will more likely than not rub the sear when you let the hammer down manually if you do. You can get a special stone and an oversize match trigger (like the Grieder) and fit the trigger and bow to the gun so it won't rattle.

A: yes they do but I have and love RIA 1911s and I will tell you the wood grips are not very good they are smooth with no checkering

A: Benjamin about 90% of the parts are interchangeable with the 1911. Buds does not have a "hand pick" option or open or modify new firearm packages. If you find anything you don't like on a new firearm, just refuse transfer for a suitable replacement or refund.

A: 100% of the parts for this pistol are 1911 parts. There are no proprietary parts like on Springfield (mainspring housing, spring and strut). Some parts, such as the safety lever, mainspring housing or beaver tail will require minor fitting which is not unusual.
