The New M&P 22 MAGNUM Pistol
This handgun is all about bringing more-more capacity, more reliability, more consistency, more excitement. With a staggering 30 rounds in the magazine, you can enjoy more time shooting and less time spent reloading. Using the Tempo barrel system, the front gas port keeps everything working as it should--no moving parts until they're supposed to be moving. Q: Does the slide lock open after the last round in the mag is fired? The Armscor model doesn't and I don't like how you can't keep from damaging the firing pin and barrel.

A: Thomas, it sure does. This has a last round slide lock feature. It can get annoying but best way I've found on rimfire firearms that don't have the last round lock is to purchase snap caps and add them as the last round. You get one less live round in the magazine but keeps the firing pin from being damaged. Hope this helps.

A: there are differences starting with the grip angle and weight the S&W is 22 OZ empty the keltec is 14OZ In my opinion it is worth the extra money IF the S&W fits and feels better to you (the grip angle and weight make it feel better to me).
