Q: Well, this is what I'm seeing in the different descriptions... Comes with "sling, swivels and scope base" AND, Comes with "Sling swivels and scope base".... Both meaning something different!!! Q: This weapon in prohibited in NY as it is semi-auto with a detachable magazine AND a pistol grip (https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf), but people seem to have recommended it in other threads... Has anyone in NY actually had issues purchasing one?

A: Hi Wyatt. I think the lynch pin here is that NY restrictions applies to the actual dynamics of the "detachable" magazine. This firearms magazine is inserted directly in the pistol grip same as a regular pistol and not in "the other" location such as an AR or AK rifle, carbine or pistol.

A: I agree with you that it is probably banned. I suggest that you check with a local FFL holder to make sure. It is easy to get make a error with the messed up state laws. Also we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions. we do make errors but most of us really take the time to try and look things up and give good advise.
