Hi Wayne, absolutely not. All firearm sales must go through an FFL.

Hi Wayne and welcome. Unfortunately, rifles, shotguns and pistols need a local FFL Dealer for transfer to you. Only certain black powder firearms can be shipped directly to your home. Cheers and stay safe!
