Hi Pedro you would need to contact Buds as there is no way to tell without the serial number. You can confirm with Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button.
Pedro, this information should be on the package/box. if Buds is unable to supply this or this is not on the box, only a "Serial number" (which buds does not give out) will be needed to confirm date of manufacture with the Manufacturer.
