If I purchase a firearm and the product is not correct or problems do I leave my item at the gun dealer than contact you via email? How does a return work on an item I have at the shop for me that was mailed in?

Jordan, simply refuse the transfer and contact Buds Customer Service with your order number at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Jordan, If item is not acceptable leave it at your FFL and refuse transfer. Then contact BUDs or wherever you purchased it and get specific instructions on return, repair or refund details.
