Fiocchi 77gr .223 with Sierra MatchKing. For me, this is the good stuff, right up there with Federal Premium. It costs a pretty penny, so buy a few boxes when discounted. You will not be disappointed. Great for your 22 caliber precision rifles. I use it to feed my Ruger AR-556 with 18in barrel (in Davidson's dark Earth black and tan) with AAC Ranger 5 suppressor, and Horus scope with Tremor 5 reticle. Mmm-mm.

A: 1:7 twist will shoot them perfectly fine, every rifle I have chambered in 5.56 has a 1:7 and I use higher grain
