Questions & Answers
Q: how does this round perform on white tail deer?
Author: Jack W.
(4) ANSWERS
A: Being that this is "match" ammo, Hornady does not recommend it for hunting. Some people use it and if you place it in exactly the right spot, it fragments and causes lots of damage. It all depends on what it hits when it fragments. Personally, I would not use it. Use a bullet that has more penetration such as a bonded bullet.

A: Jack, match ammunition is not normally designed for hunting although they certainly won't bounce off deer.
