I am pleasantly...
I am pleasantly surprised by this product. I generally use CLP and decided to give these wipes a try. I only have polymer pistols. I can't say how well it will do for a long gun. There is no plastic seal over the wipes in the canister, but they weren't dried out at all. It got the dirt off the gun fairly quickly. Less mess than cleaning patches but I wouldn't necessarily replace my CLP and patches and cotton swabs. I would use this as a quick clean up.
