Bud's was great, but I...
Bud's was great, but I am not happy with this kit from Ruger. I had to use a Dremel grinding tool to get the disassembly pin to seat properly in the 9mm slide. It was also extremely difficult to remove and reinstall the rear sight. I had to use the Dremel tool to get the sight reinstalled. The 9mm conversion kit shoots okay once it is installed.I would not purchase this kit again

I wanted a couple of...
I wanted a couple of LC9's for myself and my wife for concealed carry but the only weapons on the list in Commiefornia were the LC380's so we purchased 2 of these pistols and then bought the 9mm conversions for them from Buds. The .380 to 9mm conversions are great and function flawlessly, very happy to recommend this product. The only upgrade I suggest is to replace the plastic guide rod with a Stainless Steel part. Also I had no problem with my CCW in my county authorizing the this converted weapon but do check with your local permit issuing agency before modifying any weapon that is on your CCW list some jurisdictions may have different rules.
