Initially had some...

Initially had some difficulty with sight picture with GREEN dots on outdoor range midday under cover; seemed to "blend in" with the black on the sight. That said, borrowed a colleagues Glock 43X with WHITE three dot Tritium night sights; much easier acquisition of sight picture given the odd lighting. However, GREEN was easy to acquire in low/no light environment and I had no difficulty on an indoor range.
