This is my third set...
This is my third set of i-Dot sites, for a Glock 43 - the other two are on double-stack Glocks and I love them. This set comes with a narrower blade: .125" even though the Ameriglo website says .140". That makes the dot smaller, and the big dot is the best thing about i-Dot. The narrow blade is also too narrow to fully cover up the hole in the slide, so there is hole visible on either side of it after installation. I'm in the process with Ameriglo of trying to swap the blade for the wider version, which apparantly they have at the correct height to match the rear. As is, the blade is swimming in the open space of the notch when looking at the sight picture, so the wider blade will actually be an improvement there as well (for me). I feel Ameriglo has gone in the wrong direction with them feeling the need for a narrow blade. If swapping the front sight with Ameriglo was not an option for me I'd get the Trijicon HD sights, even though I prefer the 2-dot system to 3-dot. NOT the Trijicon HD XR sights which also have a narrow blade. Perhaps that's where Ameriglo got the idea from?

Could not be happier...
Could not be happier with these sights. The Heinie Straight eight tritium dot set up works very well for me, and with the orange shroud around the front sight my eyes quickly pick it up and place accurate shots on target.
