A: Wayne, yes sir these will fit a G20 gen5 mos. Both the MOS and standard use the same style sights. Only difference is the MOS slide sits the sights back a little further to accommodate the optic cut. So some standard iron sights might extend past the slide slightly but will fit and function just fine otherwise. These look slim enough they shouldn't hang over the slide any. So yes this will work fine. Hope this helps.
