The XS Sights Ember Standard Dot upgrades the Ruger LCR with a high-contrast front sight that glows in low-light conditions. The Optic Orange dot is tuned for a bright, high-visibility sight picture in daylight, while the tritium glow helps the dot remain visible when lighting drops. The increased surface area of the convex dot improves light absorption and enhances the charged glow effect.

Good inexpensive sight...

Good inexpensive sight for you LCR 22 etc. As if you own a LCR you would know all ya get is a black front and rear sights. Not so good in low light conditions this sight needs light at 1st in order for it to glow in the dark no different than glow in the dark toys or stickers etc. NOT a night sight that uses tritium or similar. I only wanted a simple sight for range use and did not want to just paint a white dot like many others do. The orange dot is easy to see and to pick up for fast shots. You do need to have some gun tools and a bit of gunsmith knowledge to install this. But its pretty simple just use a tiny punch and push out the single roll pin to remove the stock front post and reverse the step to install this one. Good modification for a great 22 wheel gun. Again very inexpensive as I was not about to pay for a high priced fiber optic front sight dot for a .22 revolver.
