Apex Tactical Specialties’ Curved Forward Set Trigger Kit is built for Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 pistols to deliver a smooth, consistent trigger press with reduced over-travel and a shortened trigger reset. Designed as a system of matched components, this drop-in kit is made to tune the trigger to a 3–4 lbs pull weight range when installed with the included parts. It is compatible with 9mm, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP M&P M2.0 models and is not for the original M&P or M&P Shield models.

Huge upgrade! If you have the hinged trigger, this is a must. It was my first time installing a trigger and it wasn't easy by any means, but it wasn't hard to do either. Just watch the videos and use the right tools. If you are here to see if a review will change your mind, then look no further. Just order it and thank me later.

I purchased this Apex...
I purchased this Apex Trigger Kit for a S&W M&P 2.0 45 acp. The stock trigger was curved so much it was uncomfortable to shoot. The travel was too long and the trigger felt and sounded like there was sand in it, really gritty. I decided on the 4.8 lb trigger pull, separated the parts and springs that would be needed and got to work. The videos from Apex were very easy to follow, they explained and showed everything you needed to know in detail to get the job done. I am not a gunsmith and I had no problem following the videos. They even show you how to perform function tests to make sure you installed the parts the correct way as you are installing them. After the installation everything worked as it should. The kit was well worth the money. Now there is very little travel in the trigger and a very short reset. It is smooth with no gritty feel or sound, it was an extreme improvement. I was surprised at how much of a difference it made and it was also noticeable when pulling the trigger and the firearm not moving as much before it fired. This trigger kit is definitely worth purchasing if you are not satisfied with the stock trigger. It WILL make a difference. Tony
