The Battle Arms Development BAD-PCC-UR XIPHOS AR9 upper receiver is a lightweight, rugged 9mm pistol-caliber carbine (PCC) upper built from billet 7075-T6 aluminum. It features CNC machining with material removed where it’s not needed while retaining the structural strength expected for hard use. The unit is finished in hard anodized black and engineered to run with MIL-SPEC style 9mm lower receivers.
