Q: Can this holster be used with the shorter barrel P365X?

A: I don't believe it will since the barrel and slide are roughly half an inch longer and can't find anywhere saying it will or won't work. You could try contacting Blackhawk at 406-284-3840 or email them at bh.tech.services@vistaoutdoor.com and they'll be able to give a definite answer. Sorry couldn't give a definite answer but hope this helps.
