Q: Will this fit a Sig 226 MK

A: If I'm not mistaken. The P226 MK has a rail so it may be a tight fit if it does fit in. I had the same issue with holsters for my SA Operator 1912 with a rail. I chose to get a proper fitment checking out holsters at my LGS.
