The SIG Sauer P365 X-MACRO APX 2.0 Left Hand BlackPoint Tactical IWB holster is built for minimal appendix carry with stable, comfortable concealment. It uses a concealment strut that acts like a lever against the inside of the belt to press the pistol’s grip closer to the body for improved profiling. This left-handed strong-side IWB holster is designed for use with or without a ROMEOZero installed, and it includes built-in height adjustment on the concealment strut so you can tune the fit to your carry setup.
