A: Eugenio, yes Sir. Fits: SIG P365XL with Optic but, This holster is not compatible with P365XLs with an external manual safety. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Yes, this will fit the 365 XL with Romeo optic as long you don't have the manual thumb safety model. This won't work with the thumb safety version. Hope this helps.
