Q: As I understand it, this is a 15 rd magazine blocked to only accept 10 rounds for states that have a capacity restriction. I don't have that problem. My question is, can the block be reversed to return it to 15 round capacity?

A: It's impossible to see in this picture but they have an long indent pressed into the other size that stops rounds from staggering and effectively turns this into a single stack.
