Questions & Answers
Q: After emptying (almost) a 17r mag in my Beretta 92A1, the last round stuck, and still live. The slide won't budge. I did not fire the final round simply because I noticed the spring guide rod unit is protruding @ 1/4". Suggestions? Just shoot and hope for the brass to simply eject?

A: Hi Robert, if the gun on safe, see if you can get some leverage to give the slide a good tug. You can try firing the last round if seated but I would try getting the slide released first. if successful, check that your extractor is not damaged or broken. A flat surface corner like a table with something to prevent marring your pistol's finish may give you extra leverage as well.

A: Look for a local gunsmith contact him and ask if he can help but please do not just walk into his shop with the gun in that condition ask him on the phone and see how he wants you to deliver the gun. I would also use zip ties between the hammer and the firing pin as a safety precaution

A: Don't try shooting it. That's a accident waiting to happen. The only way is racking that slide back hard enough. If seized take it to a gunsmith but call first to let him know what you're bringing in. Put firearm on safe.

A: Robert, if you have the Full Size, yes it will. Cheers and stay safe!
Author: James G.
A: Yes it will fit no flush no problems and it will also fit any double stack 92 NOT just the full size. https://www.beretta.com/en-us/magazines/92-96/beretta-92fs-magazine-9mm-17rds-packaged/ The one thing I like about by 92's both full and compact etc. Is that they all can use the same magazine, this magazine does not fit flush with my 92 compact, but it does with a base extension. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1016671938 Stay Safe.
