The perfect 7 round...
The perfect 7 round 1911 magazine...I use a Ed Brown 1911 pistol so I may be a little biased, but I like these magazines so much I bought a total of 5 from Buds. I like the fact that they include a large bumper and a small bumper that you may attach if you desire and they even include the proper size screws as they should. For carry I use the flush fit, but at the range I like the choice of using a bumper. No jams or problems to report after over 500 rounds. Highly recommended and Buds service was as always exemplary.

Only like using 7...
Only like using 7 round flush fit magazines on the 1911 in 45 auto. After buying some gun show specials, (and promptly throwing them away when they fail or split) I've been purchasing only colt factory or checkmate for decades now.\r \r They both have become unavailable for the last year, so I purchased one of Ed Brown flush fit magazine due to high reviews elsewhere.\r \r This magazine is as top quality as the factory colts, uses the checkmate patented follower (with the dimple) and proper magazine spring. Finish is slippery too.\r \r Will probably continue to buy these magazines as needed even when checkmate and colts become available again.\r \r
