Purchased 2 of these able to install one and 2nd one the "button" portion that fits in and is screwed into would not depress all the way. Upon examination noted a small thickness where the top piece was added with the screw holes for the "lower" extension. Not a big thickness yet just enough so that the "button" would not depress past this thickness. Other wise very happy with initial installation.
