A: Eugene, yes sir, this will fit and function just fine in your ati omni hybrid Maxx. I normally don't like promag products but I actually own this and have used in several AR-15s with good results. It also states it holds 42 rounds but can fit 44-45 rounds in it. If interested here's a link to a 40 round Magpul magazine that will fit that I'd also recommend but either one would be fine.
