Product Overview
The ProMag HEC-A2 extended magazine is built for Heckler & Koch USP Full Size pistols chambered in .45 ACP. It uses a heat-treated blued-steel magazine body with a DuPont Zytel based polymer follower and a heat-treated chrome-silicon wire spring for reliable, smooth feeding. The package also includes a molded grip-sleeve to help fill the gap between the end of the grip frame and the magazine baseplate.

This ProMag 20 rd mag...
This ProMag 20 rd mag for the HK USP 45 is about the only way to improve the HK. Fits nicely and feeds well. Over 1000 rounds through it a no problems. I've had other ProMag mags that were not up to par but these for the HK USP 45 are money.

A: Jeffrey - it should fit and function .. but it is a "ProMag" .. which are somewhat notorious for their poor functioning and lack of dependability.

A: NO, HK45 will ONLY USE HK45 magazine. Unfortunately, Neither USP or Mk23 mags will fit into the mag-well of the HK45. This mag is out of stock everywhere so keep an eye out for when it is back in stock ( https://hkparts.net/product/hk45-hk45-tactical-13-round-magazine-p18387.htm ) I hope this helps.
