Easy to load, no slop in my Gunsite Scout. Nice to have backup mags in case our world goes sideways.

A good, well made...
A good, well made magazine. Unfortunately, it will not fit a Ruger American Predator .223 (Ruger model 26944) when mounted in a Magpul Hunter American stock. I bought this rifle because it takes AR mags, but knew that the weakest part of the American was the stock. SInce, I already had a Magpul M700 stock for my 308 (bought through Bud's, of course), I knew I liked the fit and the finish of the Magpul. However, the Magpul's magwell is AICS. I was hoping these Ruger AICS pattern mags would work in the Hunter American, but they do not. It appears they are made specifically for the Ruger Gunsite (there must be some subtle dimensional differences between the Gunsite and the American Predator's receivers or bolts). Too bad! I will have to return these for refund.\\r\ \\r\ All is not lost, as I have fabricated some spacer adapters that I can stick on the AR pattern mags, so they fit into the AICS magwell. Looks like I will have to make a few more.

Ruger magazines for...
Ruger magazines for Ruger Precision Rifle in 5.56 Nato -- Ruger magazines like their firearms generally work well. These Ruger brand magazines are made of some sort of plastic or plastic-like material, seem very durable and they work. Tom Fortner 12-28-2018
