Shield Arms +5/+4 Magazine Extension is designed to increase magazine capacity on compatible Glock 19 and Glock 23 magazines. The extension replaces the magazine floor plate for quick spring and follower access, and it’s machined from billet 6061 aluminum with a Type 2 anodized finish.
