A: This will work with the smith and wesson MP compact original or 2.0 doesn't matter, but it will not work with the full size models, the grip is to long on the full size, and this magazine is to short.

A: Is your Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 a Full-Size or compact version? This would not fit the Full-Size version and will ONLY FIT the compact version and Subcompact version. I hope this helps.

A: It will fit the M&P 2.0 sub compact, not the actual compact models that have 15 round mags.
