The NcSTAR External Plate Carrier (2XL, Black) is a plate carrier body armor platform built for fast hard-plate upgrades. It features external front and back hard plate pockets with easy-access zipper openings and hook-and-loop top flaps, making it simple to insert or change Level III or Level IV hard plates when required. Inside, breathable mesh pockets support soft armor inserts and include pass-through shoulder openings so soft panels can be routed from the front to the back using the included adjustable shoulder straps.
