The Adventure Medical Kits Counter Assault Bear Spray is a non-lethal bear deterrent designed to help protect people in bear country. Developed with the University of Montana, it projects a high-visibility spray stream up to 32 ft for about 7 seconds to discourage bear attacks.

- Glow-in-the-dark safety wedge with tie string to support quick activation in low light
- 2% capsaicin and related capsaicinoids formulation, the maximum allowed by law
- Holster fits both 8.1 oz and 10.2 oz Counter Assault Bear Spray canisters
- About 7 seconds of continuous spray duration for extended deterrence
- 32 ft spray distance for reaching from reasonable stand-off distances
