To start, My experience with the 1911 platform goes back about 15 years, so when I wanted to get something new a 10mm in that form just made sense. After reading several reviews of the Girsan models I was convinced that the their MC1911S10 Hunter was the one for me to purchase.. Buds offered the best price and after purchasing the gun arrived at my FFL within a few days and was packaged well. the gun is well made and the fit and finish is everybit as good if not better than my Kimber Custom II . I will post an addendum as to the shooting experience when I have a few hundred rounds on paper., but I am thrilled at the quality of this gun, EAA and Girsan are to be commended for the partnership whis is bringing some great pistols to the states!
