Buds had a great...
Buds had a great price, and I used their layaway plan which makes purchasing easier. Fast shipping once I paid it off. The gun is great, first range trip I fired 200 rounds without any malfunctions or problems. Shoots nice, but not all that much softer than direct blowback in stock form. Then I put an HBI enhanced buffer in it before the second range trip, and now it's significantly softer shooting and even more fun. Still not as soft or smooth (or fun) as an MP5 clone, but very fun. Plus, it's lighter than an MP5, has LRBHO, and easier to mount optics. I have an SB Tactical SBT-G2 folding brace on it, a KVP blast diverter muzzle device, and a Primary Arms 1X Cyclops prism scope. Great setup for short range shooting. I used the three curved 30 round mags, plus I bought three straight 20 round mags online. They were all somewhat difficult to load at first, especially the straight 20s, but got better. I have an A3T Scorpion mag lower on the way, so that will be nice since I already have those mags. Overall, very happy with this gun and my purchase from Buds.

If you don't have one.....get on. Smooth action, 0 failures. Factory sights are ok, would've like to. Have seen something a bit more robust but whatever.

Huge fan of this gun....
Huge fan of this gun. Not quite as soft-shooting as my MPX, MP5, or APC9SD, but at ~1/2 to 1/3 the price, it's not far off. Also, great suppressor host. The action is far enough forward that you get no gas blowback (Wolfman in long configuration... will try Omega 9k and probably an R9 as well). I have had zero malfunctions with this gun so far, but still have not put that many rounds through it yet. \\r\ \\r\ I have never fired the A1, so cannot compare. If my MPX is 5-star, this is a solid 4.

You would need the Brace Adapter and Brace here as the model does not have the 1913 Picatinny Rail shown in the picture. https://hbindustries.net/store/shop/stribog-bt-type-stock-brace-adapter-sbt/ ------------- Be sure and use a dab of blue locktite to prevent screw loosening during use/firing.
